Agenda - coming soon

The 2010 UWIG Fall Technical Workshop will provide attendees with an expanded perspective on the status of wind on utility systems in the United States, Canada and other countries. This event is being held in co-location with the 9th International Workshop on Large-Scale Integration of Wind Power into Power Systems as well as on Transmission Networks for Offshore Wind Farms. The Fall Workshop will include meetings of the UWIG User Groups as well as a site visit hosted by workshop co-sponsor Hydro Quebec.

The capital of the province of Quebec, Quebec City offers visitors over 400 years of rich cultural heritage and serves as a jumping point for a number of excursions. The workshop site, the Loews Le Concorde, is conveniently located near a number of attractions and is within walking distance of Vieux Quebec, whose ramparts are the only remaining fortified city walls that still exist in the Americas north of Mexico. Additional information on Quebec can be found online at http://www.quebecregion.com/en.
