UWIG Meetings
UWIG organizes two general technical workshops per year as a main vehicle for information exchange. Meetings of the UWIG user groups are held in conjunction with these events.
These are supplemented by a workshop on forecasting applications as well as a special topical workshop. With the exception of the forecasting workshop and user group meetings, which are only open to UWIG members only, these events are open to all. UWIG members receive a discount rate for registration to the open-registration events.
UWIG also annually offers a multi-day short course on integrating and interconnecting wind into utility power systems. This course is open to members and nonmembers.
