UWIG Spring Technical Workshop and Annual Meeting
A Lone Star View of Wind Integration

April 16-18, 2008 - Fort Worth, Texas

The 2008 UWIG Spring Technical Workshop provided attendees with a global perspective on the status of wind in utility systems in the United States and other countries. The agenda, on wind integration, application, and operation on utility power systems, included topics on industry and technology developments, operating experience with wind, as well as updates on large-scale and island power system wind integration studies.

UWIG is pleased to make presentations from the opening session on real world operating experience, as well as a presentation on the evolution of wind integration studies, available to the public. All of the presentations from this workshop are available to employees of UWIG member organizations in the members area of this web site. For more information, please send e-mail to info@uwig.org.
